McKenna Maxwell and Roberto Hernandez have actively participated in the Institute of the Americas Future Energy Leaders Initiative this year. Both are second-year graduate students at UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy & Strategy (GPS). They were part of a UCSD delegation that just returned from attending the COP 29 meeting in Azerbaijan.
