Join Richard Kiy, Elizabeth Mosqueda and Ing. Rafael Zárate,President, of the Center of Water Innovation at SAPAL-León as they discuss the challenges of water stress in Mexico’s El Bajio region and efforts by SAPAL to promote greater water security for Leon residents through water reuse. As Ing. Zárate observes, today resolving Mexico’s water crisis is less a technical challenge and more a question of political will, financing, and most of all, changing public perceptions on tap water safety from potable H2O reuse solutions.
