Dr. Paula A. Cordeiro is the Dammeyer Distinguished Professor of Global Leadership and Education at the University of San Diego’s Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies. She directs the Master of Arts in Social Innovation and leads graduate and executive programs focused on social entrepreneurship, sustainability, philanthropy, governance, and systems change. Cordeiro served as Dean of USD’s School of Leadership and Education Sciences from 1998 to 2015 and later worked with international NGOs in Africa and the Americas. She holds an Ed.D. from the University of Houston and is currently writing a book entitled: Social Entrepreneurship Reframed: Ownership, Governance, and Shared Prosperity
