Dr. Nikia Clarke is Chief Strategy Officer of the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation and Executive Director of World Trade Center San Diego. She leads organizational strategy and program development and oversees economic development, research, talent, and global engagement priorities. Clarke has approximately two decades of experience in global and local economic development across academic, private-sector, and nonprofit settings, with a particular focus on trade and investment strategy. She is a former appointee to the U.S. National Investment Advisory Council and previously founded an international network connecting emerging-market industry leaders, policymakers, and researchers.
