His career spans corporate, academic, entrepreneurial, and nonprofit environments, including leadership development work at T-Mobile and teaching at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Luis holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and completed executive coaching training at The University of Texas at Dallas.
