I am an economist with 15 years of experience in the public sector, private sector, academia, and international organizations. I have an important analytical capacity for the identification and adequate and timely management of risks. Another of my strengths is a very good management capability, having led multidisciplinary teams and had the responsibility of leading important agreements between State agencies, with Congress, and with business associations.
