Advisory Board

Regional Guidance for a Binational Leadership Platform

A cross-sector Advisory Board will help ensure the Academy remains grounded in the opportunities, constraints, and leadership needs of the CaliBaja region.

Purpose of the Advisory Board

The Academy’s Advisory Board will help keep the program ambitious, relevant, and connected to the realities of the CaliBaja region. Members will bring cross-sector perspective, help strengthen regional networks, and advise on program priorities, Fellow engagement, capstone relevance, and long-term sustainability.

Advisory role

  • Provide strategic counsel on the Academy’s direction and regional relevance.
  • Connect the Academy with public, private, academic, and civic leadership networks.
  • Help identify emerging CaliBaja challenges and opportunities for the curriculum and Policy Labs.
  • Support the Academy’s visibility, partnerships, and long-term institutional development.
